🐾 Review: CastleMiner Z Video

TL;DR:“Survive, build, and battle through infinite blocky worlds in CastleMiner Z, where every nightfall brings a fight for your life.” Short verdict: This all seems rather familiar — would I play this instead of tidying the kitchen? Maybe, its not bad.. but why not play its superior inspiration.
What is it?
Dig by day, fight by night—CastleMiner Z keeps you on your paws. Craft shelters, battle zombies and dragons, then team up or go solo for a tail-wagging survival adventure. An interesting premise, but add the very “blocky” graphics and it all starts to feel a little bit familiar. The weather effects are quite good for a quite basic minecraft clone.
How it Plays
Its minecraft, with a reduced crafting system, and a greater emphasis on exploration and combat.

Good Doggo (Pros)
- Simplified crafting system, can craft directly without work tables etc.
- Huge, randomly generated worlds for endless exploration, and the creature design is good.
- Wide selection of weapon types, from knifes to laser swords and RPGs!
Ruff Spots (Cons)
- Lack of tutorial, and instruction for new players.
- Outdated graphics and presentation,
- Typical survival/crafting game grind for resources.
Verdict
Fun for a couple of hours, and hunting monsters is fun, but the grind and repetition soon becomes tiring.
Recommendation Tier : 🐾🐾 – Patchy

I tried this game… I spawn in, It’s Minecraft with a gun, except you really need that gun to kill the Crazy murder zombies on steroids that sound like pterodactyls from the depths of Hell… So i mine some stuff and try to build a base while trying to fight a crazy dragon that airstrikes me every 3 seconds before being brutally killed a zombie At least in this game, unlike Minecraft, the skeletons all have terrible aim.
Ps: I will not be playing the sequel…
