The controls and mechanics lean simple, making it easy to pick up but sometimes leaving depth on the bench. Its vintage presentation with grainy filters, retro commentary, and old-school jerseys adds character and charm. What makes it stand out is the focus on pure hockey brawling fun, a shaggy underdog in a genre often dominated by slick, licensed sims. Sadly the controls ( and it has 3 different control schemes ) are quite poor and spoil what is otherwise a good hockey game with an original 70s theme.
